2. Purpose of Processing.<\/b><\/p>\n

Your Personal Data are processed, without your prior consent under <\/i>Article 6 letter B) of the GDPR for the following purposes:<\/p>\n

  3. hosting and backend infrastructure: this type of service has the function of hosting Data and files that allow this website to function, enable its distribution, and provide a ready-to-use infrastructure to deliver specific functionality of this website.<\/li>\n
  4. display of content from external platforms: Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited).
    \nGoogle Fonts is a font style display service operated by Google Ireland Limited that allows this website to integrate such content within its pages.
    \nPersonal Data collected: usage data; various types of Data as specified by the privacy policy of the service.
    \nPlace of processing: Ireland.

  5. fulfillment of obligations under the law, a regulation, EU legislation or an order of the Authority (such as, for example, in the area of anti-money laundering);<\/li>\n

    In the event that, where necessary for the performance of the above activities, data, as referred to in Art.
    \n9) and 10) of the EU Regulation no.
    \n679\/2016, your written consent to the processing of the aforementioned Data will be requested. <\/p>\n

    3. Mode of Treatment.<\/b><\/p>\n

    The Processing of your Personal Data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in Art.
    \n4 of the Privacy Code and art.
    \n4 of the GDPR and namely: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Your Personal Data is subject to both paper-based and electronic and\/or automated processing.<\/p>\n

    The Data Controller will process Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth in Art.
    \n2 of this policy and in any case no longer than 10 years after the termination of the relationship. <\/p>\n

    Your Personal Data is stored on servers located in Italy (IT).<\/p>\n

    4. Access to Data.<\/b><\/p>\n

    Your Data may be made accessible for the purposes set forth in Article 2 of this policy to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as internal data processors and\/or system administrators.
    \nThese individuals are contractually bound to the same conduct for the proper storage, processing and non-transfer of Data. <\/p>\n

    5. Disclosure of Data.<\/b><\/p>\n

    Without the need for express consent under<\/i> Art. 6 lett.

    6. Transfer of Data.<\/b><\/p>\n

    The Personal Data are stored on servers located in Italy (IT), within the European Union.
    \nIt is in any case understood that the Data Controller, should it become necessary, will have the right to move the servers outside the EU as well.
    \nIn this case, the Data Controller assures as of now that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission. <\/span><\/p>\n

    7. Nature of provision of Data and consequences of refusal to respond.<\/b><\/p>\n

    In your capacity as a data subject, you have the rights under Art.
    \n7 of the Privacy Code and art. 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 of the GDPR and, specifically, the rights to: <\/p>\n

    1. To obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning you, even if they have not yet been recorded, or of the circumstance whether a particular entity is in possession of your data and their communication in an intelligible form.<\/li>\n
    2. Getting the indication:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      (a) of the origin of personal data;<\/p>\n

      (b) of the purposes and methods of processing;<\/p>\n

      (c) of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;<\/p>\n

      d) of the identification details of the Data Controller, Data Processors pursuant to Art.
      \n5 paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code and art. 3 paragraph 1 of the GDPR. <\/p>\n

      1. Obtaining:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        (a) updating, rectification or, when interested, supplementation of data;<\/p>\n

        b) the deletion, at the explicit request of the data subject, of his\/her personal data in cases where: the data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected; the data subject has withdrawn his\/her consent to the processing of his\/her data; the data have been processed unlawfully; the data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation under the law of the European Union or of the Member State to which the Data Controller is subject.
        \nThe Data Controller, following the data subject’s request for deletion, will notify any Data Controller that is processing your personal data of the data subject’s request to delete any link, copy or reproduction, hard copy and\/or electronic, of your personal data, except where such fulfilment is found to be impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means in relation to the right protected; <\/p>\n
